Add-On Benefits

Add-on Benefits refers to add-on plans that pay certain benefits to person injured as a result of an automobile accident, regardless of fault. However, the injured person reserves the right to sue the negligent person who has been identified as causing the accident. In other words, the law adds benefits but takes nothing away as in no-fault where the injured person does not have the right to sue.
