Medical Payments

This coverage pays regardless of fault. It covers medical, surgical, dental, and funeral expenses resulting from a covered accident. It pays these expenses up to the limits of your policy for you, anyone covered by your policy and other persons injured while riding in your vehicle at the time of the covered accident. Medical Payment coverage, however, is excluded when you are occupying: - a vehicle with fewer than four wheels - a vehicle that is a residence (i.e. a motor home or trailer) - a vehicle that is used for business purposes - when your vehicle is being used to carry persons or property for a fee - a vehicle without a reasonable belief that you are entitled to occupy it (such as operators or passengers of stolen vehicles) - a vehicle in a race or speed contest
