Noncontributory |
|

This is a group plan under which the employer pays the entire cost of providing the plan benefits. The plan participants (usually employees) do not pay any part of the cost for the benefits or any of the premiums to purchase the benefits. In a contributory group plan, the individual participants pay at least a portion of the cost of providing plan benefits. |
