Original Age Conversion |
|
|
|
Certain term life policies may be converted to a permanent life policy. When a term conversion is requested, the converted policy is usually issued based on the then attained age. While rare, an original age conversion is when the premium on the converted permanent life or policy is based on the issue age of the insured at the time the original term life policy was purchased, not the attained age.
