Job Description:
- Provide sales coaching as needed and determined by sales management; assist in ongoing design of training materials and classroom teaching as needed.
Duties:
- Sales agent coaching and skills improvement.
- Assist in delivery of AFI training courses for both new and experienced sales agents.
- Assist in design and revision of training materials.
- Able to travel to multiple AFI locations as needed to deliver training.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education &/or Certification:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
- Required: License- Property Casualty (PC)
- Desired: Certification – Other Business/Professional: Sales Training
Overall Experience:
- 1 – 3 years of direct experience is desired
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
- Required: 3-5 years of sales and/or sales training experience
- Desired: Previous experience in financial services, insurance or intangible products sales
- Required: Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Required: Demonstrated commitment and passion to sales and training
- Required: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Desired: Able to recognize skill gaps; inspire and motivate behavioral change
- Desired: Self-starter with strong organizational and self-management skills
- Desired: Project management skills; ability to eliminate/minimize roadblocks
Other:
- Required: Design and deliver assigned lesson plan as part of the interview process

Right Answer Sales Manager - Knoxville
Job Description:
- Manages and directs a team of sales agents in all aspects of incoming call center operations. Implements and reviews call center policies and procedures. Develops and monitors quotas for service volume and timeliness.
Duties:
- Manages a team of licensed sales agents responsible for quoting and selling insurance products. Leads and motivates his/her team to meet and exceed production goals.
- Coaches team members by monitoring live and recorded calls. Creates individual plans to improve sales and quality and follows through at subsequent coaching sessions.
- Provide guidance, training and counseling to new hire Agents to support them through the learning curve to become effective producers in an acceptable timeframe.
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of sales center metrics/reporting and monitors results daily
- Helps to identify training opportunities, support call center sales program initiatives, to include system modification and reference materials.
- Ensures attainment of call center goals, including App/SO Conversion, APA, Average Broker Fee Collected, Retention percentage and MVR conversion.
- Provides timely responses to customer complaints, inquiries, and e-mails.
- Effectively manages employee relations issues, involving HR when appropriate, properly documenting and appropriately counseling, as needed.
- Provides guidance, training and counseling to new hire Agents to help support them through the learning process as they work toward becoming profitable producers on the sales team.
- Works with the Client Services, Audit and Complaint departments to identify and resolve agent issues.

- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Required: License- Property Casualty (PC)
Overall Experience:
- 1 – 3 years of direct or related experience is desired
Supervisory/Management Experience:
- 1 – 3 years of direct or related experience is desired

- Currently an Answer Financial Sales Manager or Sales MIT

Qualifications:
Candidates should have:
- Sales and/or Customer Relations Experience
- Ability to successfully complete Company provided training and state licensing requirements
- Proven ability to produce and close sales demonstrated by availability to handle objections, understand customer behavior and still maintain assertiveness and self-confidence.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the internet and computer related software applications including MS Office products
