A Street Rod is a vehicle or replica over 25 years old which is limited to 2,500 miles or less per year, appreciating in value, with use limited to car shows, events, and an occasional pleasure drive, but specifically not used for racing, track, or timed events. Ineligible vehicles are “T” buckets, “lowriders”, fenderless vehicles, or vehicles with racing equipment, i.e., wheelie bars, parachutes, nitrous oxide, and racing harnesses.
